ROBERT D. JOHNSON:

Mr. Johnson’s primary emphasis of practice is in the areas of Trusts, Personal and Business Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, Business and Real Estate transactions and Entertainment Law. Mr. Johnson has formed and advised numerous Corporations & Limited Liability Companies. He currently represents and is heavily involved in the careers of a number of musical artists, including Nashville recording artist and grammy nominee Tim Murphy (www.TimMurphyCountry.com and www.TimMurphy.net) and Frankie Moreno (www.FrankieMoreno.com). Mr. Johnson also has substantial experience in the areas of Bankruptcy, Mechanic’s Lien Law, and Appellate Practice.
