Upon the amicable departure of his law partner of approximately 3 years in Johnson & Kleven, LLC, the law firm of R. D. Johnson Law Offices, LLC, was established by attorney, Robert D. Johnson. Mr. Johnson attended law school at Washburn University School of Law. Following law school, he began working for a prominent Las Vegas law firm. There Mr. Johnson gained valuable experience in commercial litigation, creditor bankruptcy law, drafting and reviewing real estate and employment contracts, and writing appeals. Since starting his own practice, Mr. Johnson has formed and advised literally hundreds of businesses. He has formed numerous Estate Planning and Asset Protection Trusts and plans for individuals ranging from business owners, doctors, engineers, dentists, chiropractors and real estate professionals.
